Arjo AB is establishing a commercial paper programme with a framework amount of SEK 2.5 billion and is conducting a first issue of almost SEK 1.5 billion. The purpose of the programme is to diversify the group’s sources of financing.

“The commercial paper programme will be a good supplement to our current financing structure and means that we will diversify our financing sources and reduce our interest expenses,” says Jonas Lindqvist, CFO of Arjo.

The maximum term of the issue of commercial paper will be 12 months. The arranger and issuing and paying agent (IPA) for the programme is DNB and the issuing institutions are DNB and Danske bank.
