When residents lose the ability to stand up unassisted from a sitting position, their functional independence can go into decline. That’s why the two-position mobility assist handle can help support more mobile residents who may be worried about falling and need support when exiting their bed.

As mobility declines, caring for the resident becomes more challenging and the risk of complications of immobility such as pressure injury increases.
