The Orlandoᵀᴹ Bariatric theraputic seating provides support to the body where it is most needed for patients weighing up to 980 lbs (445kg).
The combination of comfort, usability, robustness, and clinical principles offers a unique, clinically advanced bariatric recliner that is equally at home in a private or acute setting. Orlando offers clients the ability to relax and feel comfortable both mentally and physically when in the chair.
Orlando Bariatric has enhanced mobility features to enable it to meet the needs of longer-term care and acute facilities. Easier to manoeuvre, it reduces strain on the caregiver.
Standing Aid/Hoist Compatibility: Simple, safe and effective. Chair clearance allows for compatibility with the Tenor lift for transfering patients into the chair.
Tilt in Space: With independent rise, recline, and leg elevation adjustments, pressure off loading can be accomplished in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Forward Tilt & Rise: Variable angle rise options of 10°, 20°, & 30° to support independent transfers.
GoFlat™ Function: A comfortable, flat position ideal for resting or leg over heart position is possible to help reduce edema.
Removable Back: Waterfall back comes as standard for optimal postural support and comfort. The entire back is fully removable for easy of delivery and transport.
Chair Coverings: Dartex-Waterproof breathable and multi-stretch material used for skin contact areas is excellent for pressure care. Vinyl-Waterproof cover having long lasting wear; ideal for a multi-user environment.
Other Features include: Integrated cable management, intuitive handset, pressure relieving envelo cushion.
