What our customers say..
“Progress Housing Group is a not for profit housing provider who owns and manages over 12,000 homes operating mainly in Lancashire. For over 3 years, and through the pandemic, we have worked with Arjo on planned component replacement programmes, reactive maintenance and servicing for the Group. The Arjo Contracts Managers have been highly supportive throughout the process and a pleasure to work with. The local field based Arjo service team are professional, have great expertise and are quick to respond and manage any issue that should arise.”
Philip McNulty, Senior Contracts Manager – Property Services, Progress Housing Group
"I have worked closely with Arjo on various projects and contracts for over 10 years. In this time I have worked with Steve Bane, Regional Service Manager for Arjo, who has provided me and the NHS with a first class service. I do believe that Arjo go the extra mile to ensure that we have a consistent and comprehensive service for all patients. When we have had a complex issue, Steve and the team have looked to resolve the issue with ease and it has not been a problem.
Our last provider who maintained the equipment was one we thought was good until Arjo came and provided us with the service. We find that we get an instant response from the engineer. They look to provide a first time fix which is always good for the patient. If this needs an approval, then the engineer will call rather than have a second visit which is costly and time consuming.
Again thank you for a good service".
Daniel Mulhall, Bradford District Care Trust
“The service we receive from the Arjo team is outstanding. From the Account Co-Ordinator liaising with our offices to the Field Engineers attending our homes, we receive exceptional service”.
Sheree-Aubrey Jones, Property Management Helpdesk Supervisor, RCS Property Department, Care UK
"I have worked with Arjo for the last 2 years at Progress Housing Group, and they have continually provided us with the highest standard of service for our specialist lifting equipment. They are always on hand to offer technical support, and the servicing & maintenance of our equipment is carried out in a timely professional manner helping us achieve high levels of compliance".
Graham Coleman, Compliance Manager – M&E, Progress Housing Group
"NHS Fife have been tendering for servicers over the last 15 years and can confirm that Arjo have been successful in being the preferred contractor on numerous times with these. This has been a major benefit for NHS Fife as we have tailored our internal compliance processes and requirements to run in conjunction with the Arjo service structure. Arjo has supplied us from the start with dedicated engineers for our area and they have always worked very closely with us regarding the updating of our asset management system which has greatly supported us with our life cycle management of equipment.
NHS Fife have a fantastic working relationship with Arjo in all aspects from the service engineers to admin and the Regional Service and Contracts Manager who is always available and helpful to us".
Tracy Peden, NHS Fife Contracts Officer & Administrator
"Arjo have recently been accepted back onto our approved contractors list and over the last 6 months have offered great support in aiding us to improve both our service and, equally as important, compliance obligations across our 14 Care Homes. They have helped greatly shorten our equipment down time.
Communication and service have been second to none; our Account Manager and his support team are always readily available to assist and have proved themselves to be valued partners. I look forward to the new year with confidence and with the knowledge that our business is in safe hands.
Many thanks to the team at Arjo."
Dave Atterbury, Property Manager - Coverage Care Services
"For me, aftercare is paramount - equally as important, if not more, than the product choice. The local Arjo Service team are responsive and follow up on all requirements to completion. We have known the local engineer and service manager for many years and that consistency of care is a huge benefit.
Kevin Shepard and Zep Amatruda understand the hospice environment and plan their maintenance work sensitively and respectfully around the needs of our hospice, staff and patients. I am grateful to Arjo for the excellent and prompt service provided to us."
Valerie Ruddick, Facilities Manager - Isabel Hospice
"All the staff I've spoken to and the engineer have been fantastic and very helpful, polite and very quick to respond to both telephone calls and emails. I feel feedback from a non-contract customer should be relayed to senior managers, particularly in this current COVID climate. The engineer respected my home and wore PPE, which was reassuring as I've been shielding for over 170 days.
The advice and service I've received has been first class! Given we are in an unusual situation I think the service has been excellent and I'm looking forward to meeting your engineer tomorrow to fit the new part!"
Scott Sinden
"Keith is the best engineer I have ever worked with; not only is his work ethic and quality of work to the highest standard, he is also very honest and caring. He provides excellent technical advice on any issues we have and also work round or best option solutions that assist us in saving money which is critical in these challenging times. His knowledge of all our equipment is to be commended and we couldn't operate as professionally as we do without his quick action on any maintenance issue.
We are a hospice and Keith is very well liked and well known to our staff but what stands out is that Keith is very humble and he also understands the nature of the work we do here and is very respectful while undertaking his planned maintenance."
Mark Wilson, Facilities Manager - Katharine House Hospice
