Professor Michael Clark introduced the first speaker, Rob Humrickhouse, Director of Clinical Services from Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council (MCHC) who started by emphasizing the ‘Culture of Safety’ looking at any factors that create harm within the healthcare system.
