Stephen Dodson
As Director, Aftermarket, Stephen holds the responsibility of working collaboratively with sales and operations to identify, grow and sell aftermarket services.
Stephen joined Getinge in February 2016 and built the One Getinge Aftermarket function where he developed long term commercial relationships with customers such as Uniting Care and Brisbane Health. Stephen was responsible for improved service delivery by implementing procedures such as an escalation policy. Stephen improved service management by implementing coordination procedures; and also commercialised opportunities such as the Infection Control Validation Business.
Over a thirty year career Stephen has spent approximately ten years at each of Abbott, Siemens Healthcare Solutions and Philips Medical Systems respectively. Responsibilities have ranged from Service and Operations management in Australia and New Zealand through to sales channel manager in the APAC region for Philips.
