Priscilla leads the people strategy across the Asia Pacific Region region, which consists of Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Hong Kong, Japan and China.

Priscilla is an ambassador for Arjo’s company guiding principles, is passionate about customer care and people, and prides herself as a strong advocate for developing leaders. With highly developed negotiation skills, she enjoys the opportunity for finding win/win solutions to people issues.

Priscilla qualified in South Africa and has more than 20 years’ working experience in human resources in generalist HR management roles, leadership, specialised industrial relations and OHS roles. Prior to Arjo Priscilla worked with large organisations both in South Africa and Australia such as Woolworths, Deloitte and Allens. Throughout her eleven years with Arjo, Priscilla has worked on a number of global projects, has been offered various roles and professional development, to now the position of Senior Director HR.
