Disposable loop stretcher sling
The Disposable loop stretcher sling is suitable for residents/patients who require full body support in a supine position during transfers.
During the care workflow, patients often need to be moved from one surface to another, or from the floor in a supine position which can be physically demanding for the caregiver. Selecting the most appropriate sling is important to ensure that it is suitable for the patient/resident, for the type of transfer required, and compatible with the lift being used.The stretcher sling is specifically designed for lateral transfers together with the Arjo stretcher frame. It is intended for patients/residents who need to remain in a fully supine position.
As single patient use, it reduces the risk of cross contamination and can easily be disposed of if soiled, damaged or suspected of being contaminated. Always on hand for the caregivers, disposable slings do not need to be sent away for laundering; so there’s no need to worry about lost or damaged slings.
This sling should only be used together with Arjo passive lift systems (loop attachment) in accordance with the allowed combinations page in the Instruction for Use.
