“Being in a company dedicated to helping people develops you both professionally and personally.”

When Victor Frombach moved from a job in the elderly care sector to join Arjo as a service technician, he thought that he had found his dream job. Twenty years later, Victor is still living his dream – now as Arjo’s Regional Sales Manager in South Germany.

“Being in a company that is dedicated to helping people every day is so meaningful that you feel that you are developing both professionally and personally. Even if I have a lot of motivation, ambition and willpower, I would certainly not have been able to develop in this way without the support of my colleagues,. I am very grateful for that,” he says.

After 16 years on the road, with focus on ensuring that Arjo’s products work as intended, Victor got an opportunity to move into sales when an application specialist job became available. Then in 2023, he moved into his present role as regional sales manager.

“At the time, switching from service to sales wasn’t part of my career plan, but I am very pleased that this became my next step. I still have frequent contacts with nursing staff and patients, and I can remain a convinced ambassador for our ability to help our customers develop and change,” Victor explains.

“I have developed many close friendships with colleagues over the years. That has a positive influence on the day-to-day work. As a father of two small children, it is also important to have an employer that I have been able to rely on in every situation,” he continues.

Every day, Victor works hard to be a true role model for Arjo’s purpose driven approach.

“In addition to serving our customers well, I also try to promote the development of the people in my team by recognizing their individual strengths. Just as many colleagues helped and motivated me over the years, I want to pay that back by inspiring others to work hard and pursue their goals and dreams,” Victor concludes.
