The COVID-19 pandemic has placed unprecedented pressures on healthcare services around the world. This led to the urgent need to increase critical care capacity, with support through the redeployment of non specialist staff and a focus on urgent care needs. This webinar will review the challenges faced by clinicians trying to maintain early rehabilitation provision and the subsequent impact of survivors of COVID-19. It will also explore the ongoing challenges faced as we emerge from the latest wave, trying to re establish rehabilitation services and continue to develop given all we have learned over the last 2 years.
