Since more than 10 years, Piotr Górny is dedicated to developing Arjo products to meet all aspects of customer expectations. As a Product Engineering Manager and Technical Product Owner at the company´s site in Poznan, Poland, he and his team are greatly impacting product quality and design.
“Working with so many specialists from different teams and areas allows me to understand our company better. Due to that, I can still develop myself in areas that I didn’t know even existed before I started working at Arjo. There are so many opportunities that I cannot count, which is one the things I like most about working at Arjo.”
Piotr also appreciates the working conditions, with good leadership, an open and positive atmosphere and flexible hours. Being a father of two boys with a lot of energy, Piotr values a good work/life balance.
“After work I can focus on my family, playing a game or making some creative things with them. I also get some time for my hobby, which is working with raw wood or renovating old furniture like chairs or armchairs, being a joyful complement to my work life.”
